1. Who we are

2. What information we collect

When you fill in the contact or booking form on our site, we receive the details you enter: your first name, last name (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided), and any message you write. We also receive basic usage data — pages visited, time of visit, device type, and approximate location — through analytics cookies when you have consented to them. See section 5 for more on cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use the details from your form submission to reply to your enquiry, confirm bookings, arrange trip logistics, and follow up on any outstanding questions. Usage data helps us understand which parts of the site people find useful and where the experience could be improved. We don't use your information for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process the information you send us on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating the service you've asked about. Where analytics or advertising cookies are involved, we rely on your explicit consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie preference panel on our site. These practices are consistent with applicable local data-protection law in Thailand.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies for site functionality, analytics, and — when consented — advertising. You can review the categories, understand what each does, and change your preferences at any time through the cookie preference button on the site or by reading our Cookies Notice.

6. Third parties and processors

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site: a web analytics platform that processes aggregated usage data, and advertising pixels that may set cookies if you consent to the advertising category. We don't sell your personal data. Service providers who handle data on our behalf are required to keep it secure and use it only for the purposes we've described.

7. How long we keep your data

Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to two years from the date of your last contact with us. If you request deletion earlier, we'll remove your personal data from our active records within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for a specific operational or legal reason.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct anything that's inaccurate, delete records we no longer need to keep, or stop processing your data for marketing purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you've given consent for analytics or advertising cookies, you can withdraw it at any time by changing your settings in the cookie preference panel — this won't affect anything that happened before the withdrawal.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information — using encrypted connections for data in transit and limiting access to personal data to the people who need it to run the service. No transmission over the internet is entirely without risk, and we can't offer absolute assurances, but we treat security as an ongoing responsibility rather than a checkbox.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have received data from a child by mistake, please contact us and we'll remove it.

11. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes. Material changes will be noted clearly. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised statement.
